These terms govern use of The Quarters, a property-management platform for mid-term rentals. By signing in you accept them for yourself and, if you administer one, for your organization.
The service
The Quarters lets property operators manage properties, availability, reservations, contracts, guest email and operational planning, and publish selected property data to their own website through an API. Functionality may change as the platform develops.
Accounts
Accounts are personal. Keep your credentials to yourself, use a strong password and tell your administrator at once if you suspect misuse. You may not probe, overload or disrupt the service, access data of an organization you do not belong to, or use the platform for unlawful rentals or communication.
Organizations and data
Each organization owns the data it enters: properties, reservations, guests, templates and settings. Organization administrators control membership and roles and can export their data. We access organization data only to operate and support the platform.
Guest data
For guest personal data, the organization managing the booking is the controller; the platform processes it on the organization's behalf, as described in the privacy policy. Organizations must have a lawful basis for the guest data they enter and handle guest privacy requests through their own channels.
Availability
We aim to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, dependencies on third-party services (email delivery, contract signing, hosting) and unforeseen failures can cause downtime. Data is backed up regularly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as-is and liability for indirect damage, including lost bookings, lost profit or data that must be reconstructed, is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
Ending use
An organization can stop using the platform at any time and take its data with it. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or threatens the security of the platform, and will give notice where reasonably possible.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Meaningful changes are announced to organization administrators before they take effect.
